The Service Programmes Committee seeks to encourage former BB members to serve and provide resources to the Association, the Brigade and the Nation.

SA Old clothing collection
From 20 to 23 January 2009, we had an Old Clothing Collection Drive at BB Headquarter, 105 Ganges Avenue.
We have invited BB Companies to encourage their Boys to donate their family old clothing at one of their parade.
We have collected 4 cartons of clothing. Mr Steven Lee of Bedok Methodist Church helped us to sea freight these collection to Philippines. We thanked BB Shop for their kind assistance during the drive.

BB Cares

Partnering with The Boys’ Brigade, 42J Singapore Company, we hosted a Volunteer Welfare Organisation – APSN Centre for Adults for BB CARES Highlight Event on 19 July 2008.
It was a air, land and sea experience where the group had a ride on the DHL Hot Air Balloon, Hippo Bus Tour to Chinatown and Little India and Hippo River Cruise along Singapore River.
The event ended with a performance and lunch reception at the Malay Heritage Centre. The Guest-of-Honour was Mr Peter Tay, BB Honorary Vice-President.

BB Sharity gift box 2008 car flag off

SA rallied more than 100 vehicles were rallied for the BB Sharity Gift Box 2008 Car Flag Off on 13 December at the carpark of ACS Barker Road Campus. More than 50% of the participants were members from the public. They comprised SAFRA Motorcar Club, Honda CRV Club, Nanyang Primary School, SMRT Chrysler Cabs.
Mr Ong Eng Tong, SA President flagged off the to commence food hampers delivery to the recipients under the Public Assistance Scheme.
